Our Day started in Canon Beach.....We participated in the Canon Beach elementary walk/run fund-raiser. The 8 kids got a chance to walk/run on the beach. We stopped for a photo op and missed Thomas crossing the finish line #4 Well you can see his leg.

After all that hard work we had to take some time to play. We decided to go to the old sight of the Sitka Spruce tree. 2 years ago we had a bad storm at the beach. Tree's were split in two looking like toothpicks. If you have driven hwy 26 you would know what I mean. A favorite spot to stop on our way to the beach was the biggest spruce around. Well now it came to be one of the toothpick victims. So here you have the part still standing and then the kids climbing on the top part that fell.

We ended the night with a Movie. Mall Cop have you seen it? We really think it is a fun movie. There was a part in the movie where the daughter said to her Dad "and she doesn't need a green card" I won't ruin the movie for you, but Gabby said " Hey I have a green card, I get from my teacher" We all started laughing. So cute and Innocent.
