We got an offer!!!!!!!
Yes there are over 700 listings in Clatsop county and we got an offer on our house. This is a huge blessing we know. We will be meeting with our realtor on Monday to counter, but still it is a start right? We are excited and trust us we will take just about anything right about now. shhh don't tell.
