Sitting around hahaha

OK so we kind of got an offer from the lady that has been looking at our house in Warrenton. By kinda I mean she wrote up a terrible offer. One that would basically be her taking over our payments and us being her bank for 10 years.

How about NOPE!!!! on that one.

The good news is we also had someone local in the community come to us asking if we would be interested in caring a long term lease. We talked with our Realtor and we really feel better about that idea then messing with this lady that is out of her mind.

So we will keep you posted.

At our house here Sheet rock dud should be here tomorrow....I'm so excited to put my living room together. It has been hard not having some place to sit other then the folding chairs in the dinning room. Oh did I tell you we have no chairs in the dinning room either. We brought in these way comfortable (not) folding chairs to sit on. More on that latter.
